At Roots & Resilience, we believe healing doesn't happen in isolation; it grows through relationships, connection, and community.

Just as strong roots help a tree weather storms and continue to grow, meaningful relationships help individuals, families, and communities build resilience through life's challenges. While clinical services remain an important part of our work, we know that belonging, connection, and shared experiences are essential to long-term wellbeing.

That's why our team partners with schools, healthcare providers, youth organizations, community groups, and local leaders throughout Montana to strengthen support systems and increase access to care. Whether we're facilitating groups, collaborating with hospitals, supporting school communities, participating in local events, or creating opportunities for connection outdoors, we are committed to meeting people where they are.
